GymKids Gymnastics Registration Instructions:
1. Fill out registration and waiver forms by clicking on the links below.
2. Call 508-240-5747 to discuss openings before mailing forms.
3. For school year programs include first and last month payment plus $45 registration fee (or $80 family registration fee). You will begin paying the monthly fee with your second month of classes. When you decide it's your last month just let us know and you may use up your pre-paid amount. GymKids hopes that all students continue through June and participate in the final performance and awards day. We understand that this may not always be the case, so just let us know if you would like to stop before June. There is a 30 day notice cancellation policy so let us know at the beginning of the month if you choose to cease lessons. If you neglect to do this you will be billed for the month.
For summer programs pay for the session plus the $40 registration fee. If you already paid the registration fee for GymKids school year classes, you do not have to pay it again.
